Urbanic — I ordered jeans and they sent some dress

I ordered jeans from urbanic and got some dress instead. When i am going to my order section that is showing that i have already claimed for return and that is approved but I didn't. I don't know what is happening with the app and my delivery order. Sooo confused what to do now
