I recieved my order on 10 September but due to some reason I return it on 11 September. On 19 of September I did not recieve refund of same amount Rs.847. so I called at urbanic support for refund they told that my account details is wrong and they sent me a Google form for correction account details. I filled it and i also check for 3-4 times and i also take screenshot for confirmation that it is check. But now on 21 September again refund is not recieved it said that it is failed...please help me Was this information helpful? |
