Urbanic — I'm complaining about the non delivery of products and I have made the payment online

I have ordered four items on 1st of aug. 2021 nd made the payment online of 1605 and today the order status shows that the order has been delivered but i haven't received any order. I tried to contact them but there is no response from their side . This app and website is totally fraud.
