Urbanic — Insane late delivery

I ordered a pair of pants on 19th june 2022 It is 2nd July today the item is still waiting in the warehouse to be collected estimated delivery was by 29 june still I haven’t recoeved it and the insane customer supports keeps on asking for being patient. This is so unproffesional of this urbanic
