I had ordered two items on 15th June. It has been 12 days and it's hasn't been shipped yet. The email complain system doesn't work. They just send an auto generated email. The customer service people just ask to have patience. The shipment should be within 3-5days as mentioned. And the delivery should be within 8-11days. It has been 12 days and nothing. I can't even cancel the order. It was prepaid and I'm afraid that I won't get any money back. I don't know what to do. Was this information helpful? |
