Urbanic — Long delivery time

I placed my order on 7th of September I want an update on 10th of September that it is in processing and a delivery estimate of 19th to 22nd September since then I have not received any updates about the status of my order and today 17th and they have estimated it to get delivered on 19 and it is not yet shipped even I tried contacting the customer care they only have a chat option for that and they just keep giving garbage arguments for not delivering the order or not giving any updates on time also so they have audacity to put a referred to a friend option but not help line number on their website this is a huge disappointment with such a big brand and also it's a big turn down I would not recommend online transaction on this side because they take ages to deliver and they do not have an appropriate system which can provide you proper updates and updates on time even I would request you to look into this matter asap and get my order delivered to me ASAP also there chat support does not even listen to entire thing or entire query that we have this is keep ending the conversation
