I received a package with a missing product from Urbanic India on 3 Oct 2022. Also, there was no bill in the packet so I immediately called the delivery executive to make sure he hadn't missed another package which he confirmed he had not. Then within 15 minutes I spoke to customer service and lodged a complaint. I sent them every detail they asked for but they didn't respond and told me that the customer care guys are busy at the moment. My order was prepaid and in the app, it is showing in-transit status, please help me with this issue.
