Urbanic — My order is stuck in processing

I ordered on April 3th and it's already April 19th but the order status is in processing and hasn't been shipped. The estimate delivery is April 22nd but the order hasn't even been dispatched pop r shipped now. Please revert back properly urbanic. Your customer service is horrible.
