This is too much for delay my order, I'm placed my order on 05/08/2021 and i'm already payed for my order but still I am waiting for my order last 9 days. How much time waiting for the order. I have bad experience for your services. If any issues for your side so why you are not informing the customer. Today I'm calling your customer care number but she's said your payment stuck on gateway so I'm not return your payment. Then what can I do? Can you please return me back my money.

My Order ID is not found and urbanic every time message me, mailed me Order ID is not found so how to check my order.

I ordered my clothes on 20/2/22 and I checked back on 5/3/22 and it was showing “processing”. I thought there was something wrong so I ordered again and yet on 10/3/22 it is still showing “processing.”

I have order a jean and a pendant from urbanic. Payment got deducted from my account but order is not confirmed.

I tried a several times to order a product from Urbanic and facing this problem for the first time and i.E, my order isn’t getting confirmed even after paying from Paytm the 20th times. It shows it’s processing then after waiting for 15 long minutes for several times it says pay again. Fix the bug please and also your customer service is so bad than any other online clothing sites. They say they are always there to answer what customer asks but in your case it’s different. The customer service (agent) doesn’t even reply, they reply after 40 mins and assume that the customer left and leave a message like we dumb. So annoyed !
I ordered yesterday (2/11/22) my money is deducted from my account but it's still showing processing and no shipment details is given I am very disappointed by your service. Please let me know my order is confirmed or not if its not then refund my money.
