Urbanic takes a lot of time to deliver products. Upon that, it makes false committments of delivery on a particular date. No intimation is provided by the company about the current status if the order placed. One mails tells that order is confirmed and in the app it still shows that order is processing and yet to confirm.
I placed my first order with Urbanic on 2nd June, 2022. Even after the 3 days. it showed that the order is still processing and is not confirmed. No updates about the status of the order was provided. I have cancelled my order now and hope to receive the refund on time. Though about that also I have not received any message or mai.
