Urbanic — No notification about delivery even after 3 weeks of order

I had placed my order on 18th Nov and it was supposed to be delivered between 28 Nov-2 Dec. On 23rd Nov I got a notification that it's processing and there's been no update since then which means it isn't out for delivery yet and it is 2nd Dec already.
