Urbanic — No order updates

I had placed my order on urbanic on 14th November, expecting it to deliver in maximum 10 days, till 18th November, 2022 i was able to see all the processing of the order thereafter which the tracking is stuck on order ready for dispatch, i had ordered since i am travelling international on 25th November, despite telling the urgency of order there is no reponse and escalation. From their end i would request to kindly escalate ASAP so that i can recieve it on time order id is[protected] with the name of Shrey Mittal, contact number [protected], please help since its URGENT ‼️
