Urbanic — No product no refund

I ordered on 8th of July and it was to be delivered by the 17th but the package was never picked by the delivery partner and hence the package never came in the state I live in but the status of delivery says that I rejected the order see you next time. While I mailed them they said that my ticket is closed. I never received the product and now there’s no option to cancel the order so I don’t know how to get a refund. Their live chat support isn’t replying and they haven’t even generated the refund. The status on delihvery site says that the problem is with the seller that is urbanic and the package is still in transit. I’ve never seen such things happening.
