Urbanic — No refund of money

I made an order on urbanic on 24 sept. It clearly showed that that my order was accepted. But later they cancelled it without my knowledge.
I did get my order, much later i might add but it was not the correct size for me so i asked for a return.
They refused saying that my order was cancelled and instead told me that they would refund my money so that i can make the correct order.
Obviously all the glitch is from their side but till today i have not received any action from them. whenever i enquire, they just asks me to wait.
I have shared not only my payment receipt but also my account statement. which company does that?. But still i complied,
Neither are they refunding my money nor taking my return. They have been troubling me for a month now and i dont think so they will do anything. MY ORDER ID IS[protected].
