I have placed an order on Jan 29 through urbanic website and there is no update nor any of the customer support. I have tried to follow up with them and the only response I get from them is that the order will be delivered as soon as possible. When I asked them to transfer the chat or connect me to a supervisor, they refuse to do it.
Now, the date is 9th and still no update. I placed an order under prepaid. Was this information helpful? |
