Urbanic — Not able to return my items

I ordered to dresses and some accessories out of which I'm keeping some accessories(chains) and want to return two dress and 2 chains. I've been trying to place the for return on the app but it just keeps on failing when I add the photos . I tried emailing them and they gave me a website but that too website restricted me . I was going to return these items and buy something else from urbanic but now I don't see myself doing that. Worst experience!
