Urbanic — Not able to track the order

I have placed my order 2days earlier and I'm not able to track it although I have done payment too. I need the order by 20th and it's urgent. I tried to track the order from the link provided but the popup on app showed that this order is not placed by this account. Idk how is that possible. The company should look into the matter as soon as possible.

I have placed my order 3days back and I am not able to track my order . I tried to track it but it shows that the couldn't be found..you should look into this..

I have placed my order on 16th November and it’s 28th of November. It’s getting too late and I need it immediately. So please look onto it.. I have purchased from urbanic couple of times and it gets delivered within a week.

Here i have tracking id but when we entered into therie regarding slot they say data not foundu my question is is tracking id is wrong or what? U guys joking with us? Please be updated in sytmatic way another wize give me my money.
