Urbanic — Not delivering my package.

Hey! My order[protected] was confirmed on 11th november and i still have'nt got my package. I have to WEAR that dress on 28th november monday. Please try to understand. After that i dont need my package i will have to cancel it. Its been two weeks today is 24th november please i want it by 27th november and i am also ready to pay Extra for fast delivery. Because your app is very very slow and annoying. Never ordering anything again.
