Kindly help to refund my money. The customer care is asking me to share pics of yellow tag which was not attached in the order when i received. in fact i[censored] check, i had put my return request on the same day I delivered my product so there is no chance of getting it misplaced as the tag is always tightly attached to the product.
Also, if the quality of the product is not good, what will the picture do?? i dont understand the concept behind this. This is just harassing me as regular user o[censored]rbanic and i am sure no one has so much time to click pics. I think you should confirm while delivering the tag is there or not..
