I have ordered one item from Urbanic app from Customer ID- [protected]
Same contact number as well.
Order was done on 31st August 2022 and payment mode was COD. As i returned the item due to size issue. The return was not processed at all. After so many chats with executive...same answer was there our team is working on it.
I don't understand what is the problem...this kind of disappointed was not accepted at all. I am posting my complaints everywhere but no one seems to help. My hard money is stuck. Lyk a fraud app ...and company. This is completely not acceptable.
