I ordered my order[protected] on 5 of sept, I ordered the product as the estimated delivery date was given within 20 of sept. It's been 11 days and they are not shipping my product. Even the chat section is not helping tried emailing them and nothing works they are not ready to provide information about my product. Really ² disappointed.
