Urbanic — Not taking the return back and not giving my refund of 30000

Hello sir,

As shared many times through email and even have spoken to their customer service executives I am very disappointed. When I had ordered more than 25 to 27 items. That time it was not mentioned anywhere that we can't return more than 5 items in one slot. So when I received the products I got it in one lot in one box. After trial I liked few products and wanted to returned 20 items in one slot as I had made the order in one slot. But when the pickup person came to pickup he was unable to scan more than 5 items and their was error in your software. Later after 3-4 attempts he and me both were fed up. Later he suggested me to talk to urbanic customer service .When I spoke to Customer care they suggested me to share the pics of all items which I want to return along with their bar code and tag which I did. Every time asked everytime some new person in customer service will answer and ask the same story " what is your order id" . After that one lot that is 5 items I was able to return ..of which I have received the refund. That time I had spoken to the customer service executive who called me that I won't be available from 19th to 28th for return as I had my event in Goa. But he suggested me to take the return items to goa and they will pickup from their or keep it in the neighborhood. But as I knew that the event where I am going I won't get time to do the return due to hectic schedule for whole day . Same happened and when I reached goa the resort in which we had our event their we were having connectivity error as their was no proper network and phone and internet service were facing issues. That time I tried returning 3 items but as their were network issues when I was trying to return by mistake one product which I didn't wanted to return got selected, so when the pickup person came to pickup that product from my neighborhood at Ahmedabad he refused to take any item and one item from the return mentioned was missing as that item was with me at goa.

And now when i have reached Ahmedabad on 26th September and I am trying to return, their site shows exceeds the 10 days return period where as I had already requested return on 14th September 2022. Please help me and look into my matter as I am stuck with around Rs 30000 with urbanic.

I had requested return on 14th September 2023 itself. It's not my fault because of which the return is delayed. It's the companies fraudulent policies and your system error because of which i am stuck with such a huge amount. I am so disappointed and will definitely share this review will all my friends, relatives and colleagues that never to purchase any products from cheat companies like urbanic.

My first experience with urbanic is worst. Inspite of that Myntra and Amazon they will first prioritize their customers as they give first preference to customers.

I am purchasing many products from myntra everytime and have done this time also and have never faced such issue with them as they don't have system errors like you do.

My request please rectify your system so that no more customer faces such issue.

If we are allowed to make bulk purchase, their should be bulk return also available. Or else u should add this to your policies so that customers like us are not cheated any more.

I have lost trust in urbanic. And hopefully I will never ever purchase anything from urbanic and even not refer urbanic to anyone here after because of such a worst experience.
