I recently made a purchase through Urbanic on May 25, 2023 and it was scheduled to get delivered between June 3, 2023 - June 6, 2023, however, it been June 10, 2023 and I have not heard anything in regards to my order. I had contacted the customer support o[censored]rbanic innumerous times but all of them lied that the order will be delivered to my address the next time.
The order is always out for delivery but the delivery agent did not even single time made delivery attempt at my address. I called to re-attempt and was told that it will be received the next time.
But the same has been repeated four times and even the delivery agent did not call me or text me in regards to my order. The Urbanic had been making false claims that it will be delivered. Prior to this, Urbanic has also delivered my prior order at the wrong address even though I prepaid for the order.
After emailing them and connecting to chat/ cal support, I was provided nothing and was just left with no hope than to complaint here!!!
The next day I received a call from the Urbanic chat support and the agent was so rude and talked in a very rude manner and just disconnected the call badly. I was treated badly by the customer service associate of the Urbanic. Was this information helpful? |
