We had placed this order on the 1st Feb for a special vacation travel. We were informed that the package will be delivered between 8 Feb - 12 Feb but till now we have not received any update on the delivery status. We have written multiple email to Urbanic customer care and every time we have received generic responses. Our vacation trip is nearing and there is no visibility of when our package will be delivered. We had asked for packing tracking details which was also not shared yet. Need urgent attention.
