Urbanic — Order ID:[protected]

My order was cancelled on 3rd of April, 2023. I have still not received the refund from urbanic. This is very disappointing.
Their customer care services are very bad. You can only reach them through e mails and is very time taking. Please look into the matter ASAP and initiate the refund.
This is an awful amount of time to process an refund.
