Urbanic — Order not being processed since 15 days

I placed an order from Urbanic while their sale was going on. The order was placed on 19 dec 2022. I have still not received the order it is 4 jan 2023. The order hasn’t left their warehouse. I have complained multiple times, tried contacting their customer service, which wasn’t any help. The customer care is absolutely useless. Kindly look into this.
The service is pathetic. I will not recommend this service to anyone. You have lost a customer.
