Urbanic — Order not received almost 1 month

I have ordered 6 clothing items on 13 October it's 8 th November today, my clothes are worth over 3k. Everytime I contact them through email they tell the delay is due to bad weather. But for the fact there is no sign of bad weather in my state over 1 month. Truely disappointed in this service and they won't even refund my money over that
