Urbanic — Order status says delivery not accepted but the order was never delivered only

I order some clothes about 10 to 15 days back. And the delivery dates were estimated from 24th May to 28th May but today all of a sudden the delivery status says- delivery not accepted but the delivery was never made. There was never a delivery attempt made. This is very disappointing 😐
