I have placed an order on 24th May on urbanic and it's a prepaid order . The expected delivery is between 2-5june and today it's 3rd June and my order is not yet shipped and if i message on customer service they just say we will try to resolve your problem. I am very much disappointed with urbanic because it's my first order from urbanic and i didn't expected this. My order id is[protected] . It's been 11 days and my order is still under process.
