Urbanic — ordered item missing. wrong items received. and return and refund denied! | |||||
I am writing a fresh complain against wrong items delivered to me and missing of what originally ordered by me. Here is the series of events that happened . 1. I ordered 3 items on 29th sept 2021 2 .ordered got delivered to me on 14 oct 2021 3 i opend the parcel . It had 4 items ( when i ordered 3 ) 4 . 2 items were as per order and other two were not ordered be me but delivered to me ) 5. The third item ordered by me was missing inside the bag . 6. I write away connected to your customer support . And since then i hv been asked to wait for 24-48 hrs, then again 24-48 hrs . I wud also like to specify that the parcel was without paper invoice inside . Also, there was no tag on one of the mistakenly sent itemand was delivered to me in urbanic bag having slip of barcode and colour brown size m when the top mistakenly sent was of size L amd colour white multicolour( other being with the tag). It has been 3 days that i am coresponding on mails and txts with the customer supprt and i was assured speedy resolve of the matter but i am really sorry to say but you guys hv proved yourself terrible at it . This is a fradulent site !!! They dont reslove the issue but send you mails specifying thatcomplaint has been closed !! It was their mistake that i was not delivered my dress for which i had paid and they didnt refund the amount too . Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have ordered 29 item the order id is[protected] out of which 5 were missing also the product were delivered late 7 days and i also send the box package which was carefully slit open from bottom and glued it, but after following up for more than 1 moth they told it can not be refunded, this is a fraud, it is the seller responsibility to deliver all the product not the customer.
