[Resolved]  Urbanic — Package Lost

Hi there, I have placed an order with Urbanic on 17th July 2022 with full amount paid in advance. Now after tracking my order for almost 15 days the status of my package is showing 'Lost'.
While chatting with the customer care person he said that the status is not showing lost and I couldn't attach screenshot due to the failure of the 'attach' icon in the app. The attachment option was not working even after trying everything including the uninstallating the app and installing it back.
Also there is no option for calling and contacting.

Tracking ID for the package is[protected].
Just want to get refund because I did not receive the articles i have paid for.
