Urbanic — Payment was done twice

On 09.08.2021 my order was delivered and while processing online payment for the first time it was failed and then I tried again and it was successful but 99rs(which was the price of that order) was deducted twice from my account. Since then, I'm trying to get in touch with them but they're not responding and even if they do there's no lead and they respond too late.
