I've been trying to return a product since December, 2022, now we are in February, 2023. I ordered a beanie, whose colour did not match with the image shown in the site, so I decided to return it. But they have not picked it up. I've emailed their customer care, talked to agents via WhatsApp, every time they say the exact automated answer and no action is taken. I'm exhausted, this is my worst customer service experience with any online shopping that I've been doing for years. I've informed them multiple times that I will not be at home by the end of this month, I think they are neglecting the pick-up, so to let this slide. But I wont let this slide.
