Urbanic — Pickup delayed

I ordered a dress from urbanic and it got delivered on 13th july. There was 10 days return window and i placed my return on 19th july order id[protected].
after multiple reminders no one came to pickup that parcel and 23rd july was the last date and on that date i got a message that my pickup is cancelled as 10 days is over now i cant put return request again.
They deliberately delayed my pickup so that on last day they can cancel it . i want my money back
