Urbanic — Play scam with customers by not refunding money

I returned back the product with order id[protected] on 1st January, 2022 but have yet not got the refund. What they text me everytime is your account is frozen, which is totally false. They are just making their customers fool by doing scam. Kindly help me get my refund of 1, 672 back.
