I placed an order in Urbanic on 19th January. It was an prepaid order and I was supposed to receive the order by 31st January. It’s 7th February today and I haven’t received any updates regarding my order. When I try to contact their customer service I never get a proper response. All the responses are automated and are never responsive to your actual concerns. I have sent many number of emails and messages regarding this order. Was this information helpful? |
