Order id[protected] I have order the dress from urbanic and received it successfully but due to loose fitting I returned it on 31 july and delivery boy picked up the dress bit didn't send any pickup confirmation msg. Then I dropped mail to urbanic support team and told them the whole scenario. But the urbanic team again and again rescheduling the dress pickup, if I have already submitted the dress how I can I return it again. It's been one month but still not received my money back. I have ordered 3 items worth rs3197

1. simplicity tapered/carrot pants.

2. Sheer placket blouse.

3. Patchwork pullover sweater .

But I have only received the third item (patchwork pullover blouse) rest 2 items are not in the packet . On the same day I reached out to urbanic costomer care and as well as mailed them about the missing items but they are least bothered and now it's been over 4days .All this days they are only asking me to wait they will get back to me and have send my issue to their executive team . Other than this they aren't doing anything they have not resolved my issue yet and this is very disappointing. Even when I received the package it was not sealed it was tapped around by a cello tape.

Please help me to get my refund
