Urbanic — Product not being shipped

I have ordered 4 dresses for my birthday in mid feb. Ordered them on 31st JAN it still says "processing after 8 days today its not even shipped!!! It said before expected delivery by 13-14feb that is why I ordered. This is so unfair. The support team says due to covid even they don't know when will I get my order like oh my god? I already paid the amount and this is the kind of service I am being provided. Very dissapointed.
