Urbanic — Product returned but no refund

I have brought two dresses from urbanic, the material was not up to my expectation so I returned it . The order id is[protected]
Simplicity pullover sweater and positioning printing pullover sweater total cost of ₹ 1995 . The product is returned but I have not got the refund . This is a fraud case, the product has been returned since 12 -14 days but no refund . Please help me to solve this. Please give me back my money!
