I placed an order on 1st of October from Urbanic app, my order was supposed to be delivered on 12th of October.
After waiting the whole day I was notified that the delivery agent will not be able to deliver my package, after contacting him he said it would be delivered the very next day in the morning, it's been 3 days now and my prepaid order is still not delivered. It shows on the app that my order is on transit and everyday the order date increases to the next day.
This is really a sad behavior, I urge you to help me in resolving my issue. Was this information helpful? |
