Urbanic — Products not getting delivered and support executives aren't answering

I have been waiting from 31st december 2023. The order [protected] was supposed to be delivered between 11 to 15 January. Still, there is no update. Worst experience ever. How can they be so careless regarding this? I have been requesting for a call or some real-time solution of this issue, but all they do is reply with same “template” mentioning that the concerned team will get back to me and close the ticket without solving the issue. And NOBODY From concerned team ever contact me. They are just concerned about closing the tickets without solving customers’ queries.

What kind of service is this? I have been trying to reach delivery partners, they are also not responding. This is a prepaid order and the products I need before 20th. Worst customer
Service i have ever come across.

At least do not close the ticket after copying and pasting same templates every time, instead give some real time solution.
