Urbanic — Received An Incorrect Order

I recently had received an incorrect order from Urbanic and I immediately contacted the Urbanic team regarding the same. They accepted that the wrong order was sent and contacted me immediately but it's been 14 days now and no action has been taken and now they're saying as per our telephonic conversation please be informed that we have checked extensively and found that the correct product has been packed and dispatched to you from our end.
