Urbanic — Received different product.

I ordered a black loose jeans from urbanic and received the fitting jeans, so when I asked for return they cancelled my return request three times and it is not the way to treat customers. And now due to cancellation of return request by them 5 times, return period is over. I want my refund back. This is not the way

Hey there! The same thing had happened to me. I had ordered 2 dresses and 1 shrug but I got 2 pants and 1 top 😅, when I requested for return they kept rejecting my requests. Talking to their customer care executive made me feel like I was talking to an AI 🤦🏽‍♀️. Later I wrote a mail to them mentioning how their entire process is taxing and time consuming, a day or two later I received a call from them, I requested them to take the items back and return my money and THEY DID!!
So may be try emailing them! :)
