Urbanic — Received wrong product and not accepting return

I recieved wrong product from them i immediately made a return request but it was rejected on the basis that they checked and correct product was sent. Then i contacted them by mail and told about my problem and then they took my response seriously and for the first time requested the photos of the parcel and product and bill (earlier i was just sent the response without them requesting anything). But then also they replied that they extensively investigated and found that correct item was packed . But i recieved the wrong parcel. I've sent them everything they asked but still they rejecting the request. I've written so many emails but all the responses are same.
