I ordered from Urbanic and after that due to size issue I returned my order. As per them the refund has been initiated but I have not received the amount in my bank account. They said that the amount will be credited in my account within 2 - 3 days but now its more than 15 days but the process is still not completed. I want my amount to be initiated within next 48 hours of filing the complaint.
Request to look into this matter and come to a conclusion as soon as possible. This is not acceptable as a consumer. Was this information helpful? |
