I placed an order on 17th dec got my parcel on 9th Jan and when i received it i tried it and didn't liked the stuff so placed return request on same day 9th jan and got a message that pick will be done on 10th jan return pick up otp came but no delivery person came to pick it up then i contacted urbanic support team via chat as they do not have calling customer care number the agent asked me to wait for 24 hours your pick will be done i waited till 12th jan and again no one came to pick the order then i got a message that i refused to return the order but I didn, t as no one called me and delivery agent number is also not mentioned in the OTP message and in the app my return order status is showing your order has been canceeled and you can place the return request again with in 10 days so i placed request again on 12th jan in night then on 13th a dehlivary agent has come in morning to pick up my order i have shared the return otp with him and then got a message that order has been picked up and the agent told me that in his app two pick up request are showing so he asked me to share the cancel otp for the duplicate request and i shared him the same and its been 8 days i have not received my refund of AMOUNT 5879 and again in app its showing our order has been canceeled daily i am contacting them on chat and getting same response wait for 24/48 hours asked them to arrange a call a call received but i was in meeting so didn't answered and the i mailed them that i am available on call till then no call received yet attached all the proofs.
Also attached phone details of dehlivary agent who came to pick up my order.
Kindly look into it asap
