Urbanic — Refund money not received even after 1month of order cancellation

I order an accessory on 7th May but it got cancelled by company's side on 14th May for which i have not received the refund yet.
So, I wrote a mail to them for which they responded that they'll refund the money in 7-10 days but its been more than 20days and i have still not received the money .
