I'm having the same issue as @ravleen Sharma. It's been more than 10 days since I'm trying to get my refund. First of all they would respond in such a manner that you won't understand. The products that I recieved were in the same condition that I had recieved and i applied for the exchange and return the day itself i recieved my parcel and in two days the products were picked up from me. But now even after adding correct bank details for soo many times my refund is not being approved. And even the amount is not so small to lose. I even emailed them again and again but still my refund is being failed. When I ask my queries on the urbanic app all they do is send a link and ask me to add correct bank details and when I say I've already done it for a couple of times they just say it's going to take 24-48 hours to approve. I'm tired of this app now. I might never order from urbanic again if this issue is not solved. I cannot let my money go in waste. I don't see any elligible reason for them to cancel or not approve my refund. They just need to send the money the products are absolutely in the same condition. Was this information helpful? |
