I ordered two jeans from urbanic and i requested to return one of them on 28 october. On 29 october one executive from delhivery came to pick up the parcel and i gave it to him and asked to take the otp but he did not take it and said that its fine.
On the same day after two hours again another executive came and asked for parcel and i told him that earlier one of the executive came and took it. So he generated some code to cancel the reverse pickup and he asked me to give him the otp to cancel the reverse pickup so i gave him the otp.
After 29 october the status of my product was not updated and it was still showing me awaiting pickup. So i reached to customer service and asked for help and explained my problem.
After that day again return pickup was initiated and the same person came who came on 29 october second time. I explained him my problem and he said the other executive might have not updated the status from his end.
So i am writing this mail to asked you to please contact with the delivery service and find out why they have not updated from their end because i am suffering.
Kindly help me with that . I don't know the person's name or contact number . I just know how he looks . He was a middle aged man, average height, wear spectacles, and have less hair on the middle part. He carried some type of writing pad with him and wore total khaki Was this information helpful? |
