Urbanic — Refund not initiated but pick up successful

This is regarding refund intiation. After successful reverse pickup of order of which I have received the acknowledgement, the returns section under urbanic app does not show any refunds and there is no refund initiation hence. There's no response to mails as well. PATHETIC experience.
